Exile

I am feeling a little emotionally stunned at the moment, having just read the new novel Exile by P.R. Zed. I shed a few tears within the first couple of pages and then I couldn't put it down! I normally prefer it when the lads are together but, as their separation is the crux of the whole story, P.R. has done a brilliant job of inter-weaving their uncertainties, their skills and their devotion. The writing style is vivid and inspirational, so I never once struggled to have a clear understanding - I almost felt I was a witness to the events. The illustrations by Lorraine Brevig are lovely throughout. Their is one on both the front and back covers and five more within the text, including one of the alter-egos of Oasis' Gallagher brothers! A great read that I can highly recommend.

I have just caught the end of the One-Show on BBC 1 and they announced than Martin will be one of the guests next week. Didn't mention which day, though.
